We accept Referrals
We are currently accepting referrals from other healthcare providers for the following procedures:
Cortisone/PRP/Synvisc joint injections
Ingrown nail removal/partial excision/Vandenbos
Required information for all referrals
- Patient's address
- Referring practitioner and MSP number
- Detailed information on patient's concern
- Medical history, medications and allergies
- One issue per referral (Separate referrals must be sent for each issue)

Bring a full medication list and BC Services Card to your appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment alone, please limit your party to one extra person with the exception of translators as we have limited seating in our examination rooms.

Confirmation instructions
Appointments must be confirmed by text, email, or phone two weeks after the patient receives their appointment notification.

Cancellation policy
A fee of $25 will be charged for a no-show or cancellation with less than 8 hours' notice before appointments can be re-booked.
